Eggsfactor - Kids in the Kitchen

Food competencies framework

Food competences have been set by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) as a framework of core skills and knowledge for children and young people. This framework helps schools and community-based organisations provide young people with a consistent set of food skills and knowledge. The Eggs Factor activities and resources reference the framework in the following ways.
